By accessing or using Search IQ by IP Associates LLC ("Search IQ," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

Search IQ is an AI-powered web intelligence platform that provides content analysis, optimization recommendations, and competitive insights for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Our service includes:

  • URL and content analysis for LLM readiness
  • Site-wide audits and crawling
  • AI simulation testing
  • Competitor analysis and gap finding
  • WordPress integration and automation
  • Team collaboration features (Agency plan)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use Search IQ. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plan Tiers

  • Free Plan: 3 URL analyses per month, basic features
  • Pro Plan: $39/month, 50 analyses, advanced features
  • Agency Plan: $149/month, 500 analyses, team features, WordPress connector

4.2 Credits System

Analyses consume credits based on complexity. Credits renew monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused credits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or conduct security attacks
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Use automated systems to access the service excessively
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

Search IQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IP Associates LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Search IQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in that policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Search IQ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IP Associates LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IP Associates LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Search IQ shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
